We take a tender 2 ½ year old bison and have it cut to our specifications, (you must order ½ or more to have it custom cut) We divide the cuts evenly into four equal quarters. Each cut is vacuum sealed – flash frozen – and labeled. It includes: ground buffalo, stew meat, ribs, chuck roasts, sirloin tip roasts, London broil, the best steaks, (tenderloins, ribeyes, top sirloins, t-bones, flat irons) and or shirt, flank tri tips, and chuckeye steaks

We take a tender 2 ½ year old bison and have it cut to your specifications, (unless of course you wish to use our specifications.)
