How to Order a Quarter or Half of a Buffalo

We take a tender 2 ½ year old bison and have it cut to our specifications, (you must order ½ or more to have it custom cut) We divide the cuts evenly into four equal quarters. Each cut is vacuum sealed – flash frozen – and labeled. It includes: ground buffalo, stew meat, ribs, chuck roasts, london broil, the best steaks, (tenderloins, ribeyes, top sirloins, new york, flat irons) and or skirt, flank tri tips, and chuckeye steaks

The ½ Bison average is 240 lbs. hanging weight x $7.50 lb = $1,800 (must call for exact quote)

We take a tender 2 ½ year old bison and have it cut to your specifications, (unless of course you wish to use our specifications.)

Depending on how you want your Bison cut it may include:

ground buffalo, stew meat, ribs, chuck roasts, sirloin tip roasts, london broil, the best steaks, (tenderloins, ribeyes, top sirloins, new york, flat irons) and or skirt, flank tri tips, and chuckeye steaks
