Please visit our booth and choose from our full selection of grass fed buffalo meat at the lowest prices available.  Here you will find Buffalo steaks, Buffalo roasts, ground Buffalo, Buffalo stew meat, Buffalo tri-tips, Buffalo ribs, and Buffalo liver. We have everything you might need including Quarter Bison on hand. We also have bison robes, bison skulls, bison leather, and hand-made bison leather bags available at the booth.

Our market manager, or the owner, Tobias Hatfield, will be attending the booth and available to answer your questions (including cooking instructions).
